Your role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of Restaurant Tunit.

This means, among other things, that you will be responsible for:

• the daily management of the restaurant
• hosting and guest experiences
• budgets, staffing and key figures
• development and management of employees
• to create a strong culture with commitment, job satisfaction and high professionalism
• to develop the restaurant's service concept and workflows
• close collaboration with our new Head Chef on both the daily operations and the restaurant's continued development.

In short, you will be the person who makes both people and operations work together.

Restaurant Tunit

Restaurant Tunit is part of Hotel Nordbo in the heart of Nuuk.

We serve everything from the dish of the day and classic lunch dishes to à la carte, parties, conferences and gastronomic experiences with Greenlandic ingredients at the center.
