Cancellation policy:

Rooms and apartments
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before arrival
In case of late cancellation or no-show, 1 night is charged
Cancellations must be made directly to the hotel either via email to info@nordbo.gl or on the phone +299 326644

Group bookings
up to 20 rooms

  • Up to 21 days before arrival: Can be freely cancelled or reduced without charge. 
  • 20–14 days before arrival: Up to 50% can be reduced without charge. Further reduction will be invoiced at 50% of the price. 
  • 13–7 days before arrival: Up to 20% can be reduced without charge. Further reduction will be invoiced at 75% of the price. 
  • 6–0 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed price will be invoiced.

21 rooms and above 

  • Up to 60 days before arrival: Can be freely cancelled or reduced without charge. 
  • 59–40 days before arrival: Up to 30% can be reduced without charge. Further reduction will be invoiced at 50% of the price.
  • 39–21 days before arrival: Up to 15% can be reduced without charge. Further reduction will be invoiced at 75% of the price. 
  • 20–0 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed price will be invoiced.

Reduction applies to entire rooms (not individuals).
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing via email to info@nordbo.gl to be valid

Conferences

  • Cancellations can be made freely up to 60 days before the event.
  • between 59 and 30 days before the event, 25 percent of the agreed price is paid.
  • between 29 and 14 days before the event, 50 percent of the agreed price is paid.
  • between 13 and 9 days before the event, 75 percent of the agreed price is paid.
  • less than 8 days before the event, 90 percent of the agreed price is paid

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing via email to conference-event@nordbo.gl to be valid

Table reservations and tickets with deposit
Deposit is not refundable in case of no-show.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before arrival directly to the restaurant or via email to restaurant@nordbo.gl or on the phone +299 546644
 

Changes:

Changes can be changed up to 24 hours before arrival
 

Terms of payment:

All bookings made via the website are paid directly by credit card
You can use: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard
Akiliut cards cannot be used as payment cards
 

Arrival and departure:

The apartment / room is available from kl. 15:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed
The apartment / room must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed
