Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before arrival
In case of late cancellation or no show, you pay for 1 night
In case of flight delays due to bad weather, the booking can be changed or canceled on the day of arrival, cancellations must be made directly to the hotel either via email booking@nordbo.gl or phone +299 32 66 44

Changes:
Changes can be changed up to 24 hours before arrival

Terms of payment:
All bookings made via the website are paid directly by credit card
You can use: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard
Akiliut cards cannot be used as payment cards

Arrival and departure:
The apartment / room is available from kl. 14:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed
The apartment / room must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed
